Taylor BTS offers IT Department services.  We will become your IT Deparment and visit your office on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.  This proactive approach allows us to monitor your systems to ensure they continue to run smoothly and avoid most issues before they become costly downtime. We work to become extremely familiar with your business systems so that you always have a trusted partner available at a moment’s notice.

We will monitor your network and desktops to ensure that your systems and servers are operating efficiently.  We troubleshoot for potential issues to help you avoid costly problems down the road.  We recommend system upgrades as needed so that technology doesn’t get ahead of you and leave your systems outdated and under-performing.

All of this comes with a discounted rate for not only the scheduled service but for all additional services required during the duration of our partnership.  You handle the business side of things and we will handle the IT side of things.
